Membership is free of charge. You are more than welcome to join in order to contribute or, alternatively, to use software, pictures, videos etc. from these pages in your projects or daily work.

To sign-up for a new account simply go on the homepage and click on the Button Sign-up. This will lead you to registration form. In the filed “User login” you can place your nickname that will be used as a reference to your account. We encourage you to use simple and descriptive names without any special characters. Use of bad language or harassing names is not allowed and we will terminate any account that would be breaking these rules.
Please pay special attention to your password. The minimal length of the password is 8 characters. The password should be complex enough to protect your account but also not too overcomplicated because we know you are suppose to remember it. Our suggestion is to use small sentences. This should help you to remember it and also fulfils the rule of complexity.
Some information from this form will be available to other members such as nickname, country, city, and "about me" section. Fields that will not be displayed to other members are your real name, surname, birth date, street, postal code and e-mail.
You might leave the checkbox “Company” unselected if you trade your products as a sole trader or you might use this option as an indication that you act in the name of your company.
If you wish to personalize your profile, you might also upload a logo or small graphic. The maximum size of the logo is 300kb and the allowed size is 150x150 pixels.
In the next step, you need to type the combination of characteres and numbers from the picture displayed in the registration form and place it into the appropriate field.
Upon submitting, you will be finally asked to supply the verification code that was sent on the e-mail address you supplied when creating your account. If this final step is completed, you can successfully use your new Creatity account to upload, share, exchange and trade files and other digital content with other users.
For many products there is no registration even needed. Sellers can decide to offer examples, or whole, digital products free of charge. This can serve as a good example of the quality of work this seller is providing. Usually, these products will require that they not be used for commercial or re-sale purposes. Please read carefully the description supplied in a license file or the conditions in the text in the product description.
In this system, you can buy a huge variety of digital products. In this section, we will try to guide you thru the buying process. After you have found a product you need, you can simply add it into the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. In the shopping cart, you can change the quantity of the product that you want to buy. This is meant as a means of purchasing the correct number of licenses. In the next step, you can proceed with the payment.
The Creatity credit system is a very effective and fast payment method because it enables you to pay instantly from money that is collected on your account at Creatity. You can receive credits by selling your products or you can purchase them directly.
MoneyBookers is a third party payment system that enables you to pay with a credit card, wire transfer, check and other means. You may use this option if your order exceeds amount of 5 Euros
PayPal is currently the best-known e-payment system worldwide. It works with a broad variety of payment cards, wire transfers, checks etc. You may use this option if your order exceeds amount of 5 Euros
After you place your order into the system and make the payment, you can download your digital products in the "My Data" section. Please be aware that, depending on the payment method, there might be a delay until the confirmation from PayPal or MoneyBookers comes through stating that the transaction was successful. If you use bank transfer or check, the clearance will take longer; dependent on your bank’s clearing systems. Credit card transactions are usually processed instantly.
You can also sell your own works and products on our portal. This portal provides you with a number of tools that should help you to market, advertise and successfully sell your work to other users. There is a basic disk space of 50 MB available for free and the registration itself is also free of charge. The only things you really need are good ideas, creativity and the simple ability to upload your files onto our server.
If you have your own account, you can also upload and sell your own digital products. In order to create a new product listing, you can go onto the selling page and choose the link "New Product". This will lead you to a combined upload form that enables you to upload all necessary files, as well as to make a written description and categorization.
First of all, select a file you want to sell to other users and start this upload process. This might take several minutes depending on the network speed and the size of the file. Please mind the individual quota and the size of the file you are about to upload. This is the file that will not be shown until the user buys it and makes a successful payment.
While the upload bar is running, you can continue to fill up the other fields.
The next very important field is the "Gallery Preview Image". Please place into this field ONLY a file of the following types: PNG, GIF or JPG. This picture will be displayed in the listing and will be visually shown on the product page. Furthermore, if the user clicks on this file it will display a full size image
Regardless of whether the upload is still running or not, you can click on the next page and continue to fill in the name of the product, the type of selling method and other important information.
The following fields control the way in which your product is sold:
Field price is valid only in relation with One Time Sale and Permanent sale
In the field “Full description”, you can use basic rich text. For security reasons, we strictly filter tags other than those done in simple text formatting so that advanced tags or JavaScript cannot be posted into this field.
When the upload process is over and your product file has successfully uploaded, you can submit this product form on the server. Before you do this, we strongly recommend verifying all the fields again to make sure that there are no typing mistakes and all control fields are valid.
Upon submitting this product, you will be sent to our automated verification procedure to pass basic quality criteria
If everything is all right, you should be able to see your new product on our pages. If a virus or malware, or banned words and phrases are discovered, this product will not be published and the content will be deleted. You will then see it in the section "Dismissed".
Every user has a basic quota of 50 MB for product documentation and pictures for every presentation. You can upload as many files as you wish, but only up to 50 MB in total. We believe that good digital products may not necessarily be very large in size. Additionally, smaller files can be valuable and very useful for other people. The disk space on our server is limited and this quota is meant to act practically as a quality improving measure.
Nevertheless, for your convenience, you may need more disk space and for this we offer you the possibility to buy disk vouchers. These vouchers can extend the disk space that is available to you up to 900 MB. The vouchers are valid for a limited time period of one month only. To buy extended disk space for one year, you simply need to purchase 12 vouchers.

If you purchase two or more disk vouchers of a different type, they will be added (summed) together and made valid immediately for the period as specified. Disk vouchers of the same type will be queued one after the other and used monthly.

As a guest – without a members’ account – you need to specify your reply e-mail address. Your initial request or query will be performed via this web form. Our reply will be per e-mail.
As a member, we do not require your e-mail address since your account credentials are sufficient. If you open a trouble ticket, you can later see all the replies directly on our pages and, if needed, react accordingly (Reply, Supply additional information, Close the ticket).
