After your registration at creatity.com we can identify you as an individual and offer you additional services. You can trade digital products with other users, communicate with other users and receive e-mail notifications about business transactions that apply to your account.

• Birth Day
• Country
• ZIP Code
• Street
• City
• E-mail address
• "About me" Field

In some cases we need to send you a notification about transactions related to your account or balance overview. E-mail is a primary contact to you unless you deselect"E-mail notifications" on the page My Account/ General Settings.

If you no long whish to have an account at creatity.com you can any time terminate your membership (My Account / Delete User Account). For security reasons we will keep your account related data for next 6 months in our database till it will be finally deleted.

Terminated account cannot be re-activated instead you may register a new user account.

3. COOKIES

Cookies are small files located partially within your Internet browser to help to identify that a user (you) has opened or closed a session on our pages. Use of cookies is very common technology to maintain sessions and to be able to recognize that you are no longer actively connected. Creatity Ltd. aims and wants to provide the best possible services to help you to promote digital products and to enable you to trade them and exchange with other users. We regularly review the functionality of the platform, and perform extensive testing and bug fixing.

To keep your private data secure we use the username and password authentication to prevent unauthorized access to the system. We also employ CAPTCHA (text from picture) to prevent automated password guessing and performing automated client driven transactions that can be potentially dangerous. Whole system is protected by firewall, intrusion detection system and we employ antivirus check on every file we receive.

Creatity Ltd. does not tolerate SPAM, we take measures to prevent spamming and in some cases even manually scan all commincation comming and leaving our servers to prevent spaming. You are not authorized to place other users on mailing lists without their explicite consent.

To report spam cases related to your server or spoof emails to Creatity.com, please report it to us.

We maintain these security measures to protect the you as a user and to ensure the stability of the whole portal.

Under this legislation, members can obtain a copy of all information which Creatity Ltd. has on its databases in relation to them.
